Under Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 (the "Consumer Code"), if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity or does not provide a VAT number in the Bobux order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty within 28 days from the receipt of the purchased Product.

Reminder: it is always possible to return unused items in their original condition up to 28 days after receiving the order. Ensure that the shoes are in the same original condition, have never been worn, and that the box is intact!

Returns are at the buyer's expense.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send Bobux a clear written communication to this effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Directly through your user area with the email used for the purchase. Once logged in, you will see all your orders and can request a refund or exchange for one or more products.

The direct shipping costs for returning the Product are at the Customer's expense.
The customer can request to use Bobux's partner carrier at a special rate of 10.00€*.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided in Article 59 of the Consumer Code: in case of damage to the goods during transport, Bobux will notify the Customer of the incident (within the 5th working day from receipt of the goods in its warehouse) to allow them to file a complaint against the chosen carrier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request. Bobux is not liable for any damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival (at the warehouse), the product will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Full-price items:

Items purchased at full price (i.e., not included in sales or any other promotion) can be returned for a refund or online credit (excluding shipping costs). It may take up to 6 working days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

Items on sale, purchased with online credits or vouchers:

Items purchased during sales, during a promotion, using online credits, or gift vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Items purchased during sales can be returned for a refund or online credit of the same value, excluding shipping costs. During sales periods, processing returns may take up to 10 working days.

During online promotions, there may be high traffic volumes, and sometimes orders cannot be processed. In this case, you will be notified within 48 hours and refunded the full value of the order within 10 working days.

Shoes purchased from a reseller or third-party website:

To replace or return a product purchased from a Bobux reseller or third-party online reseller, please return the item directly to the store where the purchase was made.

Products purchased from auction websites cannot be returned or exchanged through Bobux. Please contact the seller directly.

Please contact the store or website where you made the purchase.

As Bobux Italy, we will guarantee the procedure only for purchases made from physical and online stores in Italy.
